About Gilaki Food: A Family Tradition
Gilaki Food is a heartfelt collaboration between a mother (Farzaneh) and her son (Bobak).

Farzaneh’s culinary journey began in her childhood in Tehran, where she frequently visited her grandmother in Bandar Anzali, igniting her love for traditional Persian cooking. This passion expanded as she worked in the food industry, first in California and now at the renowned Garden of the Gods Resort in Colorado Springs, where she continues to showcase her culinary expertise.
Drawing inspiration from her rich heritage and vast experience, Bobak and Farzaneh joined forces to share their love for Persian cuisine. Through Gilaki Food, we invite you to experience the vibrant and flavorful world of Persian cooking, rooted in tradition, family, and love.
